Domain Name Suggestion services can be purchased seperately (domain only, tag line only) or as a custom domain request package that includes product positioning and domain name acquisition.

We allow our clients to post project costs and parameters. Having said this, all Business Naming Projects must meet a minimum project amount of $99.00. All custom domain naming projects will recieve several dozen domain name suggestions.

However, our Basic Domain Package starts at only $15.00.

There are three simple steps to our process: Simple as "1,2,3"!!!

1. Post your naming project parameters and allocated budget
2. LexisDomains will research, analyze and suggest several dozen premium name candidates for your review. (72hr turnaround)
3. Choose the best naming candidate for your business and either trademark or register the name for your company.

• Researching, concepting and brainstorming of premium name candidates
• Developing a "short" lists of top candidates to choose from (usually three to six names at a time)
• Creating a customer naming suite via online meeting for you to log in and view your naming choices and read related info
• Writing a short synopsis/rationale statement on how each name could work for your company/product in future marketing/advertising
• Performing a preliminary trademark search at http://www.uspto.gov
• Repeating the above process until we find the "perfect name". (This may take from one to ten "rounds" of names, but usually it requires somewhere between three and five sets of names)

The client.

We do not keep any rights to any of the work we produce as long as we are paid. That means, any name that you choose and register is your sole intellectual property.

In most every case, generic names or domains cannot be registered as TradeMark names. USPTO states that "because TLDs generally serve no source-indicating function, their addition to an otherwise unregistrable mark typically cannot render it registrable." (read USTPO full report).

However, as a service to our clients, we will still provide a preliminary trademark search of the USPTO database. If there doesn’t appear to be a serious conflict, we can refer you to our partner trademark vendor to complete the application process or you can have your in-house counsel do it for you. We are not trademark specialists, and only offer this process as a free service to our process.

There is no limit on the names we generate, only on the time limit of (72 hours). So chances are extremely good that you will not only get a good name, but one that you will be very pleased with. Besides we’re experts. *(project timelines can be extended based on budget parameters)

In the rare event that we cannot come up with a name that works, we will simply keep our deposit money and forego the final half payment. This reimbursement policy, however, is only offered in conjunction with our Maestro Naming Service clients with budgets over $1000 USD.

Good question. Simply put, you are paying for a naming service. As stated throughout our website, Lexis Domains offers its expertise in researching and identifiying premium domain names. No of the price structures includes the purchase of the actual domain name.
